What got us here won’t get us there.

Founded in 1977, the Criminal Trial Lawyers’ Association had a languishing website and an ad-hoc identity system. Their members recognized the need to update their online presence. The CTLA website became increasingly crucial to organizing their membership and advocating for public interest issues.

It’s not always complicated.

GDQ quickly reworked the CTLA identity into a clean, simple aesthetic. The new logo was easier to read and understand and had enough flexibility to be rendered in the variety of applications necessary for this association.

The website was updated and modernized to be mobile-friendly. We developed the custom-built theme for WordPress, which enabled the CTLA leadership to manage much of the site themselves.
