If you demonstrate the inaccuracy of Personal Information, GDQ Co. will correct the information as required and send the corrected information to any organization to which we disclosed the Personal Information in the previous year. If the correction is not made, we will note your correction request in the file.

GDQ Co. makes reasonable security arrangements to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification or disposal or similar risks.

If a request is refused in full or in part, we will notify you in writing, providing the reasons for refusal and your ability to seek a review of the decision from the appropriate supervisory authority.
11. Responding To Personal Data Breaches
A personal data breach means a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to, Personal Information or data transmitted, stored, or otherwise processed.
